We are committed to providing high-quality NHS dental care and making the best use of available clinical time. To help us achieve this and ensure appointments are available to patients who need them, we operate an appointment cancellation policy.
Need to Cancel Your Appointment?
Please Call 01452 944033
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need dental care.
To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please telephone us on 03334 050 290 as soon as possible.
If you miss an appointment or cancel at short notice, we may contact you to discuss the reason for your non-attendance. Repeatedly missing appointments or cancelling without sufficient notice may affect our ability to offer you further appointments or continue your course of NHS dental care.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider each situation individually.
